| Prof. Kun YangIEEE Fellow, IET Fellow, MAE (foreign) Nanjing University, China Professor Kun Yang is a National Distinguished Professor at Nanjing University, a recipient of the National Overseas High-Level Talent Program, and a doctoral supervisor. He earned his Ph.D. in Engineering from the Department of Electronic and Electrical Engineering at University College London (UCL), UK, and holds bachelor's and master's degrees from the Department of Computer Science at Jilin University. His primary research interests include wireless networks and communications, the integration of communication, computing, and sensing, and AI-enabled networks and communications. He has published over 400 papers in international core journals and major conferences and holds more than 30 patents across multiple countries. He has led over 10 projects funded by the European Union and UK national science foundations, spearheaded three key projects under the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC), and received numerous awards, including provincial and ministerial-level first prizes in science and technology. Professor Yang is a founding member and one of the six executive committee members of IEEE InterCloud, a judging expert for the GSMA GLOMO Awards (widely known as the "Oscars of the Mobile Industry") at the World Mobile Congress (WMC), and an associate editor for multiple IEEE journals (e.g., ComMag, TNSE, TVT, WCL) as well as the IET Smart Cities journal. He is also a Distinguished Lecturer of the IEEE Communications Society. | Prof. Jun WangIEEE Life Fellow, IAPR Fellow, MAE (foreign) City University of Hong Kong, China Jun Wang is a Chair Professor of Computational Intelligence in the Department of Computer Science and School of Data Science at City University of Hong Kong. Prior to this position, he held various academic positions at Dalian University of Technology, Case Western Reserve University, the University of North Dakota, and the Chinese University of Hong Kong. He also held various part-time visiting positions at the US Air Force Armstrong Laboratory, RIKEN Brain Science Institute, Huazhong University of Science and Technology, Dalian University of Technology, and Shanghai Jiao Tong University. He received a B.S. degree in electrical engineering and an M.S. degree in systems engineering from Dalian University of Technology, Dalian, China. He received his Ph.D. degree in systems engineering from Case Western Reserve University, Cleveland, Ohio, USA. His current research interests include neural networks and their applications. He published more than 300 journal papers, 15 book chapters, 11 edited books, and numerous conference papers in these areas. He was the Editor-in-Chief of the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics (2014-2019). He also served as an Associate Editor of the IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics and its predecessor (2003-2013), IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks (1999-2009), and IEEE Transactions on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics – Part C (2002–2005), as a member of the editorial advisory board of International Journal of Neural Systems (2006-2013), and a member of the editorial board of Neural Networks (2012-2014) as a guest editor of special issues of European Journal of Operational Research (1996), International Journal of Neural Systems (2007), Neurocomputing (2008, 2014, 2016), and International Journal of Fuzzy Systems (2010, 2011). He was an organizer of several international conferences such as the General Chair of the 13th International Conference on Neural Information Processing (2006) and the 2008 IEEE World Congress on Computational Intelligence, and a Program Chair of the IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (2012). He has been an IEEE Computational Intelligence Society Distinguished Lecturer (2010-2012, 2014-2016).  | Prof. Xin LuoIEEE Fellow Dean of the College of Computer and Information Science and the College of Software, Southwest University, China Xin Luo, Ph.D., Postdoctoral Researcher, is a Level II Professor and doctoral supervisor at Southwest University, the Dean of the College of Computer and Information Science and the College of Software. He also is an IEEE Fellow, a national high-level talent, and a recipient of the Hundred Talents Program of Chinese Academy of Sciences. In 2005, Dr. Luo obtained his Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from the College of Computer Science at the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China, and his Ph.D. in Engineering from the School of Computer Science at Beihang University in 2011. His research focuses on the field of data science, with over 350 academic papers published in international journals such as IEEE T-PAMI, T-KDE, T-NNLS, and at international conferences like WWW and ICDM (including 120 papers in journals classified as Zone 1 by the Chinese Academy of Sciences, 151 papers in IEEE Transactions/Journal, and 32 ESI highly cited papers), accumulating an impact factor exceeding 1000, with over 9,000 citations in Web of Science and over 14,000 citations in Google Scholar, resulting in an H-index of 74. Dr. Luo has hosted 7 national-level projects and more than 10 provincial and ministerial-level projects, with total research funding exceeding 50 million yuan. He has been granted 35 national invention patents, with successful commercialization of 27 authorized patents, generating economic benefits exceeding 200 million yuan. He has received several scientific and technological awards, including Natural Science Award from Chongqing City (2019/First Contributor), Scientific and Technological Progress Award from Chongqing City (2018/Second Contributor), and Scientific and Technological Progress Award of Wu Wenjun Artificial Intelligence Science and Technology from the Chinese Association for Artificial Intelligence (2018/Third Contributor). Currently, Dr. Luo serves on the editorial board of the internationally renowned journal IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems and the key journal of the China Science and Technology Journal Excellence Action Plan, IEEE/CAA Journal of Automatica Sinica.  | Prof. Jie LiForeign Member of the Engineering Academy of Japan, IEEE Fellow Shanghai Jiaotong University, China Li Jie, an Academician of the International Academy of Engineering and a Fellow of the Engineering Academy of Japan, serves as a Chair Professor in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the School of Electronic Information and Electrical Engineering, Shanghai Jiao Tong University, and as a Distinguished Professor at Zhengzhou University. He is also a doctoral supervisor. Currently, he holds the position of Co-Chair of the IEEE Big Data Technical Committee, Founder and Chair of the IEEE Communications Society Big Data Committee, and is a member of the IEEE Big Data Standards Committee, among other roles. Professor Li Jie is primarily engaged in pioneering research and applications in the fields of big data, artificial intelligence (AI), cloud computing, smart cities, the Internet of Things (IoT), cybersecurity, and information system evaluation. He serves on the editorial boards of seven SCI-indexed journals, including IEEE Transactions on Cloud Computing, IEEE Transactions on Big Data, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology, and the IEEE IoT Journal. He has published over 300 papers in international academic journals and conferences, such as IEEE Transactions on Computers and IEEE Transactions on Parallel and Distributed Systems. Additionally, he has authored one academic monograph in English and one in Japanese, and has edited five English academic monographs. He also holds adjunct professor position at Nanyang Technological University (He was holding adjunct position at National University of Singapore for 6 years). He is an IEEE Fellow and Fellow of Asia-Pacific Artificial Intelligence Association (AAIA). Xiaoli is also serving as KPMG-I2R joint lab co-director. He has been a member of Information Technology Standards Committee (ITSC) from ESG Singapore and Infocomm Media Development Authority (IMDA) since 2020. Moreover, he serves as a health innovation expert panel member for the Ministry of Health (MOH), expert panel member for Ministry of Education (MOE), as well as an AI advisor for the Smart Nation and Digital Government Office (SNDGO), Prime Minister s Office, highlighting his extensive involvement in key Government and industry initiatives. |
