The 9th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP 2024) Successfully Held
2024年4月19-21日，第九届智能计算与信号处理国际学术会议（ICSP 2024）在西安科技大学临潼校区骊山校园隆重召开。
From April 19 to 21, 2024, the 9th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing (ICSP 2024) was grandly held at the Lishan Campus of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, Lintong Campus.
多位海内外IEEE Fellow、国家级人才、知名学者受邀出席分别做主题报告与特邀报告，与来自英国埃克塞特大学、浙江大学、西安交通大学、国防科技大学、北京邮电大学、武汉理工大学、中国石油大学（华东）、西安石油大学、西安工程大学、西安科技大学等高校的专家学者齐聚一堂，共同探讨“智能计算”和“信号处理”等议题。
A number of IEEE Fellows, national talents, and well-known scholars at home and abroad were invited to give keynote reports and special invited reports. Experts and scholars from the University of Exeter, Zhejiang University, Xi'an Jiaotong University, National University of Defense Technology, Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications, Wuhan University of Technology, China University of Petroleum (East China), Xi'an Petroleum University, Xi'an Engineering University, Xi'an University of Science and Technology and other universities gathered together to discuss topics such as "intelligent computing" and "signal processing".

本次大会议程分为三天，共邀请了8位海内外高水平、高层次专家作主旨报告，4位专家作特邀报告，还有口头报告、海报展示评选环节，同时还设置特色学术考察活动以及晚宴颁奖环节。
The agenda of this conference is divided into three days, and a total of 8 high-level and high-level experts at home and abroad have been invited to give keynote speeches, 4 experts have been invited to give special presentations, as well as oral presentations, poster presentations and selection sessions. At the same time, special academic inspection activities and dinner awards have also been set up.

On the morning of April 20, 2024, Professor Yu Zhenhua, Dean of the Computer Science and TechAcademy of Xi'an University of Science and Technology, presided over the opening ceremony. Vice President Huang Yingwei of Xi'an University of Science and Technology delivered an opening speech, extending a warm welcome to the leaders, experts and scholars attending the conference and wishing the conference a successful convening.

The academic atmosphere of this conference is strong, IEEE Fellow Professor Wang Zhaocheng of Tsinghua University, IEEE Fellow Professor Ma Jianguo of Zhongyuan Institute of Technology/Henan University of Electronic Science and Technology (in preparation), IEEE Fellow Professor Yan Zheng of Xi'an University of Electronic Science and Technology, IEEE Fellow Professor Wu Dongrui of Huazhong University of Science and Technology, IEEE Life Fellow Professor Qi Zhongyong of Tsinghua University in Taiwan, IEEE Fellow University of Science and Technology of China Professor Zhu Zuqing, National Talent Professor Huang Qinghua of Northwestern Polytechnical University, Associate Professor Liu Jiyuan of National University of Defense Technology, a total of eight experts gave keynote reports, and there are also SPIE Fellow Professor Yue Yang of Xi'an Jiaotong University, Professor Liu Wen of Wuhan University of Technology, Researcher Hu Xiaoyan of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and Associate Professor Pavel Loskot of the Joint College of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champai Experts made special presentations, sharing their research results and experiences, which aroused strong interest and heated discussions among the participants.

4月20日，大会报告结束后，还特别安排了西安科技大学地质博物馆的学术考察活动，让嘉宾与参会者们在理论研习之余，得以近距离触摸自然历史的脉络，感受科学与文化的交融之美。
On April 20, after the conclusion of the conference report, an academic inspection activity of the Geological Museum of Xi'an University of Science and Technology was specially arranged, allowing the guests and participants to get up close and personal with the context of natural history and experience the beauty of the integration of science and culture.
晚宴期间，主办方代表现场颁发了本届大会的优秀论文3篇、优秀青年学者报告5名、优秀海报5张，通过表彰优秀的科研人才及科研成果，共同推动我国科研人才队伍建设。主办方代表于振华教授致闭幕辞，他表示非常感谢大家从各地来到西安科技大学参加第九届智能计算与信号处理国际学术会议，希望各位代表把所学所悟所感带回去，将创新的理念运用到实际工作中。
During the dinner, the representatives of the organizers presented 3 outstanding papers, 5 outstanding young scholars' reports, and 5 outstanding posters of this conference on the spot, and jointly promoted the construction of China's scientific research talent team by commending outstanding scientific research talents and scientific research achievements. The representative of the organizers, Professor Yu Zhenhua, delivered the closing remarks. He expressed his gratitude to everyone who came to Xi'an University of Science and Technology to participate in the 9th International Conference on Intelligent Computing and Signal Processing. He hoped that the delegates would bring back what they have learned and realized, and apply innovative concepts to practical work.
