Prof. Zhen Zhang, Obtained a Ph.D. from the PLA University of Information Engineering in 2008 and served as a visiting scholar at the University of Manchester, UK, under the Ministry of Education's public dispatch program. Engaged in long-term research and teaching in multimedia information security, image processing and pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, and big data. Served as Deputy Director of the National Engineering Laboratory for Big Data Collaborative Security Technology, Council Member of the Chinese Society of Image and Graphics, Expert of the Engineering Intelligent Design Branch of the China Survey and Design Association, Expert of the Ministry of Public Security Video Project, Review Expert of the Ministry of Education, Evaluation Expert in the Industrial Field of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Deputy Chairman of the Henan Machinery Industry Standardization Technical Association. His main research directions is : computer vision, image processing and pattern recognition, artificial intelligence, intelligent information processing. 

Prof. Jianlei Zhang

Nankai University, China

Zhang Jianlei, IEEE Member, Professor of Nankai University, Ph.D. Supervisor, Deputy Director of Automation Department. He received his doctorate from Peking University in 2013. He received his doctorate from the University of Groningen in the Netherlands in 2015. His main research directions are : evolutionary game and swarm intelligence, swarm intelligence and its algorithm application in unmanned swarm, swarm reinforcement learning algorithm and deep learning algorithm. The research issues involved include pattern recognition, machine learning, visual information processing in swarm intelligence, reinforcement learning and deep learning in intelligent algorithms.

Prof. Zhenghao Shi

Zhenghao Shi received the Ph.D degree in computer architecture from Xi’an institute of microelectronics, Xi’an, China, in 2005. In 2000, he joined Xi'an University of Technology, Xi’an, China. Now, he is a full professor of the department of computer science and engineering at the same University. He is also a member of the Academic Committee of Xi'an University of Technology, the Chairman of the Computer Vision Technology Professional Committee of Shaanxi Computer Society, the Vice Chairman of the Biomedical Intelligent Computing Professional Committee of Shaanxi Computer Society, the director of the research team for "Intelligent Image Processing and Applications" at Xi'an University of Technology, and an editorial board member of the Chinese Journal of Graphics and Images currently.During the period of 2006 to 2007, of 2008 to 2009, he was on leave with the department of computer science and engineering at Nagoya institute of technology, Nagoya, Japan, for image research as a postdoctral researcher, respectively. From 2007 to 2008, he was a research associate in the Kurt Rossmann Laboratories for Radiologic Image Research, the Department of Radiology, the Division of Biological Sciences, the University of Chicago. From December 2016 to December 2017, he was a visiting associate professor in the the Image Display, Enhancement, and Analysis (IDEA) Lab in the Department of Radiology, the Division of Biological Sciences, the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill (UNC). His research interests include neural networks for image processing and pattern recognition, computer-aided diagnosis, and image processing suggested by the human visual systems. He has published more than 60 academic papers as the first author or corresponding author, won 2 second prizes of Shaanxi Province Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked first), 1 second prize of Xi'an Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked first), 2 second prizes of Shaanxi Higher Education Science and Technology Award (ranked first), 1 second prize of Shaanxi Computer Society Science and Technology Progress Award (ranked first), and won the 2022 Wiley Weili China Open Science High Contribution Author Award.

Prof. Weichuan Zhang

Shaanxi University of Science & Technology, China

Weichuan Zhang is currently a professor at the School of Electronic Information and Artificial Intelligence, Shaanxi University of Science and Technology. Professor Zhang received his Ph.D from Xidian University in December 2012, He has participated in and led many National Social Science Fund (NSF) projects. His research interests are mainly in Image local feature detection (e.g., corner detection, edge detection, line detection, interest point detection); Medical image processing; Few-shot image classification etc. He has also served as a reviewer for several CCF-A/B journals and as a member of the programme committee for CCF-A conferences.
