The workshops will take place on April 21 at the same venue as the main conference in Xi'an, China. The purpose of the workshops is to provide a comprehensive forum on topics that will not be fully explored during the main conference and to encourage in-depth discussion of technical, application, and community issues. In addition, we strongly encourage and will give special consideration during the review process to workshops aiming to create and strengthen communities as well as workshops focusing on the social impact of Digital Signal and Computer Communications .
The workshop is also calling for papers, for more details please Click
All papers, both invited and contributed, will be reviewed by two or three experts from the committees. After a careful reviewing process, all accepted papers of DSCC 2023 will be published in SPIE conference proceedings, which will be archived in the SPIE Digital Library, and indexed by Ei Compendex and Scopus.
